The advanced Powertec Workbench Multi System is a flexible, 3-station complete leverage home gym. Not using cables or pulleys, this solid and compact machine - made from solid steel and boasting 12 gauge wall thickness and industrial grade components - offers a leverage design to provide the safest resistance training available The result is smoother, safer and virtually maintenance-free training. Each station provides a great variety of workouts with the convenience of a single machine. You can perform exercises including calf raises, shoulder press, tricep press, seated rows, squats, bench press, arm curls, ab crunches and many more. With smooth transitions, multiple user options and minimal adjustments needed, you can work your entire body without the fuss.
The included accessories allow you to add extra variety to your workouts. This includes the Leg Lift for lifts and curls, Pec Fly which duplicates the highly successful dumbbell fly to help build shape to your chest and deltoids, the Dip Press Accessory, Curl Machine Accessory for your arms and an accessory rack for storing up to 4 machine accessories.
