PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Ground-breaking design, modern technology and incredible versatility unite to make the P-600 the definitive choice in strength training equipment. The P-600 combines free weights – featuring Grab & Go® technology – with an innovative cable crossover system. Forward-thinking design provides two options for adding weight to the barbell: Individually load weight plates onto each end of the barbell, or use the two side weight stacks for resistance, completely eliminating the need to add weight plates to the barbell. P-600 provides an unlimited number of training options and combinations. The foundation of the P-600’s design is the patented Grab & Go® technology which locks the barbell instantly at the point of release. An embedded touch sensor in the barbell controls the locking and unlocking mechanism. Grab & Go® technology is very easy to use: Simply grasp the barbell with both hands and raise it 1” to release. When in use, the barbell offers true free-weight movement unrestricted by bars, tracks or spotting rods and can be used to perform any free-weight exercise such as curls, presses, squats and lunges. Opening one or both hands locks the barbell instantly in place. The P-600 incorporates a cable crossover system into its design. Each cable works off an independent weight stack and can be used to perform a variety of traditional cable and cable crossover exercises. Both cable pulleys rotate a full 360º to provide natural, fluid movement and are height adjustable to accommodate a variety of exercises or to work various angles of a single exercise. Easy to read indicator numbers clearly show the position of each cable pulley. A unique feature of the cable weight stacks is that they can be used to add resistance to the barbell, providing a convenient and cost-effective alternative to loading the barbell with weight plates. A one-handle, easy-adjust feature quickly repositions the stack when attached to the barbell.
