PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Durable and resilient lightweight plates allow you to focus on the correct technique for performing Olympic lifting movements without loading the bar with too much weight. Made in Europe from high quality, impact resistant polyethylene, the plates are the standard IWF diameter of 450mm, enabling you to hone your skills, perfecting start positions and movements exactly as you would with normal bumper plates. They feature a 51mm centre hole so they can be used with any Olympic Bar.
