Constructed from a flexible blend of super strong Poly Dacron, the rope is robust, yet comfortable to use. For added durability, the ends are thermally sealed. The ropes are available in two lengths – 30' or 50'. Weighing in at a lighter weight of 8kg, the 30' rope is ideal for beginners and younger trainers, while the 50' long rope is 12kg, perfect if you're seeking a really punishing rope workout! Sold with an included nylon sleeve, this provides extra protection by shielding the rope from retaining water, particularly useful when used outdoors for fitness activities such as boot camps.
