By elevating the heels, users experience a much deeper range of motion in any exercise that requires a full knee bend. By activating these muscles and ligaments that aren’t typically engaged during conventional exercises, users can increase strength and explosive power, while also reducing pain and inflammation. The Slant Board™ has a black, hexagonal non-slip coating for a superior grip underfoot, and is manufactured from reinforced 18mm plywood.
