The Technogym Recline Forma Exercise Bike takes the load off your shoulders and back thanks to its supportive 110 degree incline back rest. Easy to adjust, you can tweak to find the right positioning for you and enjoy a comfortable workout that’s low on impact. Paired with an easily adjustable and comfortable seat.
With a focus on ease of use, its attractive matte LED goal-orientated display features a QR code, numerical keypad and LED dial for all your key performance stats. Also, ensure you train within your target heart rate with help from the heart rate monitoring hand sensors, telemetry and CPR training*.
Not compromising on engaging features to boost your workouts, The Recline Forma features Technogym's Training Link and Training App, which offer advanced performance tracking and personalised workout options as well as access to your favourite content. Connect your iPad via the Bluetooth Forma Training Link and discover highly engaging training. The Forma Training App lets you to listen to music, watch videos and browse bookmarks all while recording your performance via your online Technogym diary. The built-in MyTrainer service offers personalised workout plans too, or you can take advantage of the personal trainer coach for nutrition advice and more.
With a wide walk through, access to the machine is easy and you can mount your iPod/tablet on the console.

Almost all ex-display Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Exercise Bikes and Rowing Machines are Half Price or less!
Depending on your location, some of our ex-display products can be delivered for free. Others may require a delivery charge. The criteria are outlined below:
• Products located in Northampton which are £300 or over are delivered free for addresses within approximately 70 miles of our head office. This covers the following postcodes: MK, AL, NN, LE, B, CB, CV, HP, LU, OX, PE, SG, WD, WR
• Products located in Northampton over £300, but outside of the 70 mile radius, are likely to incur a delivery fee. Please contact [email protected] to obtain a delivery quote.
• All products under £300 need to be collected.
• All products located anywhere other than Northampton must be collected.
• Orders paid for with finance must be delivered.
Our ex-display units are sold built and unboxed for collection. For some fitness equipment, delivery may be available. Please call 01604 673000 for a delivery cost. Manufacturer's warranty is available on most units. Please call to confirm condition and availability.
