PRODUCT WARRANTIES TKO guarantees all boxing and fitness accessory products from the date of shipment to be free of material defects or workmanship. TKO assumes no responsibility for personal injury or property damage by or through the use of products sold by TKO Sports Group USA Limited. TKO will repair or replace any products under warranty that can be shown to have broken, provided it is returned to TKO for inspection. Warranties are void if products show signs of abuse. Warranties are void if, dumbbells, barbells and bars are used in areas where there is no floor protection. Using this equipment in concreted areas voids warranty. Dumbbells showing signs of being dropped are not covered. Dumbbells showing signs of rubber splitting caused by rubber dumbbells hitting steel on racks will not be covered by warranty. Power Bars showing signs of abuse from being dropped will not be covered. The foregoing limited warranties do not cover paint, coatings, equipment altered without the express written consent of TKO, or damage caused to equipment by carrier, misuse, abuse, improper installation or improper maintenance. EQUIPMENT WARRANTY AND CARE GUIDE SDS (Secure Dumbbell Series) Rubber Encased Dumbbells - 2 - year warranty against breakage to original owner. Rubber encased dumbbells will show normal wear. Make sure that dumbbells are not dropped. Dropping dumbbells excessively will damage rubber coating and will not be covered by warranty. TKO rubber encased dumbbells can be cleaned using a clean damp cloth. Do not use any type of acetone based cleaners, or any household cleaners such as Windex, 409, etc. on rubber. These products may affect the durability of the rubber.
