The CDP-300 Compact Dual Adjustable Cable Machine’s compact design makes it fantastic for smaller workout spaces. A 16-position dual cable station, it offers quick change trigger adjustments. The unique dual resistance ratio at the handle provides single-cable hook-up at ¼ resistance or dual cable hook-up at ½ resistance. The fixed, multi-grip pull-up bar station is welded, knurled and nickel plated, allowing wide, narrow, reverse and neutral grip upper body exercises. The CDP-300 features 2 x 150lb (68kg) steel weight stacks. Thanks to its open frame, you can add a bench, stability ball, BOSU or any other accessory to enhance what you can do. Includes two nylon handles and an accessory storage rack for squat bar, low row bar and ankle strap.
