This Universal 4-45 Dumbbell Master Pack with stand and UB100 Incline Bench provides you with everything you need for versatile free weights training at home.
Replacing 18 individual dumbbells with just one pair, the quality 4-45 Dumbbell Master Pack is a fantastic space saver and highly convenient. Featuring SelectTech® weight selection, you can switch between 1.8 – 20.4kg (4 to 45 lbs) per dumbbell at the turn of a dial. The dumbbells feature coated iron weight plates and durable thermoplastic rubber handles and come with a plate locking mechanism to keep the weights secure. The Masterpack comes with a solid stand, which not only stores your dumbbells securely, but provides easier access and lift-offs.
The included two-position UB100 Incline Bench adds extra flexibility to your workouts. Use alongside the dumbbells to perform additional exercises, or use to target the core abdominal muscles. It features 8" padded foam rollers to hold your feet in place.
