PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The 1650 is the second generation machine featuring the unique “Fixed or Free Weight Selection System.” The 1600 was a tremendous hit, and the 1650 promises to be even more popular with many new innovations, including the cross-chest fly station. First and foremost, the On-Line 1650 offers a free-weight mode far superior to any previous system. In addition, this feature can be easily switched off by selecting the fixed mode, which offers an unsurpassed natural arc press motion.
MUSCLE DEVELOPMENT WITH THE FREE WEIGHT SYSTEM
In fixed-mode pressing, the path of the moving bar is guided, focusing on isolating the pectoralis muscles (Fig. A)
Free-weight pressing, however, requires the involvement of secondary, supportive muscles to guide and balance the bar through-out the lifting action (Fig. B).
Your Time is Valuable
With conventional machines, you can spend much of your valuable workout time adjusting seats, press arms and other components with off-the-shelf pop pins and annoying tightening-down knobs.
Not so with Vectra. The patented On-Line® “no cable change system”
means just that. And, adjustments to exercise components, such as the press arm, lat hold-downs and the preacher curl support pad are made while you are in your exercise position, with one simple movement, such as a flick of the finger.
What You See is What You Get
Vectra weights are calibrated in pounds, not in unrelated “units” as found on other machines. If you put the selector pin in at the 50 pound weight, you’re lifting 50 pounds. You’ll discover even more examples of intelligent design during your first workout.

• Products located in Northampton which are £300 or over are delivered free for addresses within approximately 70 miles of our head office. This covers the following postcodes: MK, AL, NN, LE, B, CB, CV, HP, LU, OX, PE, SG, WD, WR
• Products located in Northampton over £300, but outside of the 70 mile radius, are likely to incur a delivery fee. Please contact [email protected] to obtain a delivery quote.
• All products under £300 need to be collected.
• All products located anywhere other than Northampton must be collected.
• Orders paid for with finance must be delivered.
Our ex-display units are sold built and unboxed for collection. For some fitness equipment, delivery may be available. Please call 01604 673000 for a delivery cost. Manufacturer's warranty is available on most units. Please call to confirm condition and availability.

The Vector bench: 7-setting, one-touch adjustment from 15° decline to a shoulder press. All positions offer full back support - as you adjust the back pad, the seat pad automatically adjusts to the correct angle. This bench is also the perfect place for abdominal and dumbbell work. Spring-loaded wheels make positioning easy and they retract to ensure the bench stays put during use
'Free Weight' mode: as you lift the weight vertically, the weight stack is free to tilt several inches (controlled by in-built 'spotters'). As with a traditional bar and plates, you control the fore and aft motion of the bar as you move it vertically
