Our mail order returns and ex-display units are built and unboxed but thoroughly checked to ensure they are in full working order before they go on sale, they may be “mint” or marked or have some minor superficial damage (the price of the product reflects the condition of the item at the time of sale). Product warranties are either 6 months or 12 months “return to base”. Please check the product warranty section for full warranty details of this particular product.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The VX-48 is the top of the Vectra Fitness line, offering the most comprehensive assortment of features and exercises available in a multigym.
For the family that likes to work out together, or for light-commercial applications with the potential of multiple users, the VX-48 (or the 3-stack VX-38) is the most popular multi gym choice. Vectra machines are designed to be so smooth and easy to adjust that several people can easily workout simultaneously. The user is able to move through their routine quickly and efficiently, freeing up a space for the next person. Also, each exercise station on the machine is self contained, with its own dedicated weight stack, arranged around the unit so that awkward face-to-face and embarrassing shoulder-to-shoulder contact between users is avoided.
The VX-48 provides a complete full body workout. However, if space limitation is a factor, consider using the VX-11 in conjunction with the VX-38. This combination provides precisely the same exercises as the VX-48, with greater configuration flexibility in room layout.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES
- Weight stacks: 2 x 260lb and 2 x 210lb powder coated, machined cast iron stacks with alloy selector shaft for low minimum weight, and premium selector pin
- Maximum press resistance: 310lbs for all lifting exercises (press arm weighs 50lbs)
- Minimum press resistance: 2 weight reduction springs are included and can be installed on the press arm to reduce the weight by 20lb per spring
- Press arm: 21-position with 8 ball bearing pivots. Release lever functions in both directions for easy adjustment from all exercise positions (patent pending). Direct lift eliminates cable stretch and provides 1-to-1 lift ratio with a natural arc motion
- The Vector bench: 7-setting, one-touch adjustment from 15° decline to a shoulder press. All positions offer full back support - as you adjust the back pad, the seat pad automatically adjusts to the correct angle. This bench is also the perfect place for abdominal and dumbbell work. Spring-loaded wheels make positioning easy and they retract to ensure the bench stays put during use
- Pec-dec arms: 9 fine increment pre-stretch settings per arm
- Supported row: 12-position adjustable cushion with narrow and wide grip handle positions
- Leg developer: Ball bearing pivot, cam and accommodating pads, locking 2-position seat for supported leg curls, from fitting shin pads, 12-position seat back for back support
- Arm station: Cambered bar with pinch-proof cradle, horizontal preacher curl with chest support
- Leg press: 440lbs resistance at the leg station, lumbar support, pivoting non-skid footplate, and 8 ball bearing pivots
- Frame: Heavy duty welded steel construction with quality powder coat finish for durability
- Pulleys: 4.5" and 6" fibreglass reinforced nylon with ball bearing hub
- Cable: Internally lubricated, nylon-coated 7 x 19 strand construction, aircraft quality, 2000lb tensile strength, with stainless steel fittings
- Cushions: Seamless, more durable than moulded or sewn
