The 9.5kg flywheel uses an ECB Magnetic Resistance System combined with a super-silent QUIET-GLIDE drive to create both durability and gradual, fluid resistance changes. The pivoting footplates are extra-large for added comfort, while the 3 inch spacing provides you with the most comfortable and natural stride motion possible. WORKOUT PROGRAMMES The Premier console features 18 programmes including the acclaimed SPRINT 8 workout for high-intensity training. You can easily control speed and elevation using the Programme Quick Keys and track your performance, monitoring time, speed, distance and more. It also comes with contact grips, keeping you constantly informed of your heart rate. WARRANTY Lifetime on frame and brakes, 5 years parts and 3 years labour.
