The bench is adjustable to numerous flat, incline, decline and military bench positions for a varied workout, easily adjustable via pull pins on the frame of the bench. This Utility Bench is easy to move around your training area, with a handle and transport wheels built-in, and comes complete with a handy exercise chart with popular exercise suggestions. 276 kg total weight capacity (136 kg user + lift load).
