Perfect for practising and perfecting Olympic weightlifting movements, Technique Olympic Weight Plates are lighter in weight, but still compatible with Olympic barbells and are the same size as normal Olympic Weight Plates.

For those new to Olympic lifting, it’s wise to first practise, correct and perfect form and posture before loading up with heavy plates. Our range of Olympic Technique Weight Plates are lighter in weight (usually only up to 5kg), but maintain the same dimensions as normal Olympic Weight Plates.
