The 6ft long Yoga-Mad Grip Dot Towel is not only super-absorbent but super versatile. Use it with the silicon dots upwards and you create an anti-slip yoga mat, or take it with you to classes and use on top of mats for improved hygiene. Thanks to the silicon used for the dots, they hold the towel very securely, making it ideal for hot yoga workouts. The towel itself is made from hi-wicking polyester yarn which is highly absorbent. Machine washable, it can be cleaned after every session without losing the effectiveness of the dots.
