York 1" Spinlock E-Z Curl Bar with Collars & 20kg Standard Weight Plate Set

Traditionally the E-Z curl bar is used for curl and row exercises, with the “W” shape allowing for grip variation and the easing of strain placed on the wrist and elbows when lifting. The Bar is 1.2m in length and comes complete with two high quality spinlock collars, which allow the black cast Iron plates to stay securely in place. The knurled texture also aids grip when lifting and reduces the chance of the bar slipping. The bar supports a maximum load capacity of 125kg and is compatible with any 1’ standard plates. The kit also includes 4 x 5kg York Fitness Standard Weight Plates that are manufactured from cast iron and finished in black. They can be used with all standard 1” barbells and dumbbell handles, plus appropriate plate-loading equipment
