Created in North America using USA steel, the York 7ft Olympic Bar is one of the best multi-use training bars on the market today. Weighing 20kg, this chrome plated bar is ideal for basic exercises such as dead lifts, bench press and squats. The bar is not designed to be dropped, so need to be used in controlled exercises. The maximum weight capacity is 320kg, with a grip diameter of 32mm. Manufactured for use with Olympic weight plates only.
