This York Active 120 cardio range comprises the Active 120 treadmill, crosstrainer and indoor cycle. With solid build, comfortable platforms and engaging built in workouts, they offer great variety for effective workouts at home.
ACTIVE 120 TREADMILL
The Active 120 Treadmill is a great platform for cardiovascular training at home. Compact and comfortable, it features 6 piece elastic cushioning for sufficient joint protection and a 120 x 41cm treadbelt. Powered by a 1.25HP motor it offers an impressive 16km/h top speed and 0-12% incline. For your convenience, use the handy quick speed/incline controls in the handlebars for fast intensity changes and contact heart rate. Choose from a generous 13 pre-set programmes including the Body Fat Analyser which calculates your body fat ratio.
ACTIVE 120 CROSSTRAINER
Compact yet comfortable, the York Active 120 Cross Trainer offers a 12” stride length and smooth motion thanks to its 7kg flywheel and magnetic resistance, which provides a generous 16 resistance levels. The easy to navigate 5.75’’ LCD display shows all your key stats and offers 18 motivating workout programmes including 12 pre-set 4 Heart Rate Control (HRC) programmes. A choice between fixed ergonomically designed arms and moving handlebars allows for a more varied and comfortable workout, while built-in hand pulse sensors bring you instant heart rate monitoring.
ACTIVE 120 CYCLE
The York Active 120 is a great choice for efficient cycling at home. A comfortable platform, it features a padded seat with both height and reach adjustments as well as self-levelling pedals with secure straps. The magnetic resistance offers a smooth cycling motion and there is a generous 16 resistance levels available to vary your intensity. Keep track of your workout with ease via the LCD console, which offers 18 workouts to keep you challenged.
