York 'STS Range' Olympic Decline Bench with Gun Rack

The Olympic Decline Bench-Press is a great addition to any gym along with the other York STS Range Olympic Benches. This particular bench design has taken vast amounts of York's knowledge, from years of making commercial grade equipment, to make this bench a winner in every sense. The bench is set at 20° Decline to maximise the workout of the lower chest. The seat pad is 1250mm in length and tapers from 360mm to 270mm in width. This adds greater hip support and a greater range of motion in the shoulder joint. The leg hold down rollers are made from 140mm diameter high density foam.
