PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Our new Home HIIT Kit 4 contains ten versatile products which are perfect for both cardio and strength high intensity interval training, a training routine known for burning away any unwanted fat and building muscle for that ultimate definition.
Power Band 32mm
The 32mm purple Power Band is made from seamless latex rubber which is extremely durable, lightweight and portable. This Band can be used on its own for resistance training or with the addition of barbells – offering a generous load capacity of 11-36kg.
10kg Rubber Hex Ergo Dumbbells
This pair of 10kg Rubber Hex Ergo Dumbbells, totalling 20kg in weight, are ideal for home, vertical and commercial markets due to their pinned heads and unique design. With steel chrome contoured ergo handles, they are easier and safer to handle, while their durable rubber casing prevents cracking/fading, protects floor and equipment, and reduces noise when in use.
Lightning Jump Rope
The Lightning Jump Rope is an extremely versatile piece of kit, improving cardio endurance, strengthening your core and toning muscle. Complete with comfortable and lightweight handles, the Jump Rope is great for a quick cardio session, and can be taken with you on go thanks to its compact and portable design. You will receive your Lightning Jump Rope in one of the following colours: Translucent Red, Green or Blue.
Body Power 6kg Cast Iron Kettlebell
This 6kg Kettlebell is a highly durable cast iron construction, with an ergonomic handle for a comfortable and effective workout. Its flat base protects floors and prevents wobble, whilst its compact design makes it a great space saver item.
Jordan Fitness 7kg Slam Ball
Built with a full commercial construction designed not to bounce when thrown against a wall or floor, the Red 7kg Jordan Fitness Slam Ball is ideal for functional training, boot camps and circuits – working your core, upper and lower body, joint integrity, coordination, range of motion and flexibility.
Body-Solid 12" Plyo Box

This 7' Olympic Bar is 320kg rated and precision engineered with the highest quality components possible for a lifetime of efficient training. Its triple-coat chrome finish protects against rusting, chipping, scarring and peeling, with a bar weight of 20kg and a length of 86". Internal dimensions from collar to collar are 52".
Body Power Olympic Quick Lock Collars
Fast locking and releasing with a one handed secure locking design, these Olympic Quick Lock Collars are great for use with Olympic weights and bars/dumbbells. Made from nylon materials with a 2" diameter, this pair is all you need to finish off your weight set.
Body Power Deluxe Rubber/Chrome Olympic Plate 10Kg (x2) GREEN
The 2 x 10Kg Green Deluxe Rubber Olympic Plates feature chrome centres and a rubber casing, designed to offer some protection to flooring if dropped. The hole diameter of 2” makes them perfectly suited to Olympic Bars.
