Power Racks/Cages

Incredibly versatile, and a favourite of experience lifters, Power Racks (also known as Power Cages) offer complete freedom of movement, allowing you to train solo in a safe environment. With a high weight capacity, you can load up with heavy weights to perform a wide variety of exercises, including bench press, squats, rows, shrugs and more.

The Benefits of Power Cages

No Spotter Needed

Packed with safety features, a quality Power Cage removes the need for a spotter, allowing you to train with heavy weights in the safety and comfort of your own home. Most Power Cages come complete with a set of J-Hooks (you can also buy extra sets separately) for safe racking of your barbell and weights. These can also normally be moved up and down the frame of the Power Cage to find your optimal starting position. Safety Catches are also normally an included option, and offer an extra safety measure should you drop the weights.

Vast Exercise Potential

As the safety catches and j-hooks can be adjusted to any height, the Power Cage offers a wide variety of exercises to target specific muscle groups. This range of exercises includes squats, press movements (a bench may be required), rows, shrugs and more.

Attachments Available

Some of our most popular Power Cages can be expanded with a selection of attachments to customise your rack and maximise your workout potential. These Power Cage attachments include chin up bars, benches, landmine accessories, dip bars and more, and open up a plethora of otherwise unavailable exercises for a true full body workout.
