The ProForm Carbon Power Rack comprises a multi-functional full 4 post rack design, manufactured from high-quality, heavy-duty steel. It comes fully equipped for full-body exercises, including squats, deadlifts, pull-ups and many more. Adjustable J-Hooks with plastic bushings can be positioned anywhere on the rack, allowing you to find the perfect racking height, with adjustable safety spotters included too. Target your back with the integrated multi-grip pull-up station found on the front of the rack, or add extra resistance to your barbell movements with the band pin attachments. 6 Olympic weight plate storage horns are included too, for additional safety and organisation.
