If you find the same like-for-like product offered at a lower price elsewhere prior to purchase, contact us by phone, email ([email protected]), LiveChat, or visit us in one of our nationwide stores and we’ll do our best to match or beat the competitor's price for you.

After Sale Price Promise

Alternatively, if you find the same like-for-like product offered at a lower price elsewhere within 14 days of purchasing the item(s) with Fitness Superstore, we will refund 110% of the difference immediately.

Exclusions

Please note: Concept II Rowing Machines, other Concept II branded products and York products are excluded from our price promise. There may also be rare exceptions where we are unable to match a price due to a competitor's exclusive promotion, bogus website offering or if the seller is not a genuine retailer (e.g member of the public). Unboxed display models or mail order returns will not be accepted for price matches against new products. Customers will not qualify for interest option credit finance on price matches unless this was also included in the competitor's price.

To be elgible for our price promise, the product available elsewhere must be new (i.e. not ex-display item), the same manufacturer and SKU, and must be in stock and readily available from a UK-based company. For example, out of stock products found via Google would not be eligible for our price promise. There may also be rare exceptions where we are unable to match a price due to a competitor’s exclusive promotion, or if the seller is not a genuine retailer (e.g. member of the public, eBay retailers, some Amazon retailers, and "bogus" websites).

The vast majority of the time, we will be able to beat a competitor's price or match it, but there are rare circumstances where we are not able to.

Customers will not qualify for interest option credit finance on price matches unless this was also included in the competitor’s price.
