At Fitness Superstore, we offer the fastest and most flexible delivery options to get your new fitness equipment to you as quickly as possible, however sometimes delivery only is not enough and busy customers' require a "turn key" solution instead. 

Morover we understand that larger items can be tricky to assemble, which is why we also offer a selection of installation services for those who require a helping hand in the setup of their new products. Our "in house" installer teams and "third party" install partners have years of experience and are sure to have your kit built safely and fully functional in no time at all. Remember none of our competitors can deliver and assemble as swiftly as Fitness Superstore!

We also understand that larger items can be tricky to piece together, which is why we also offer a selection of installation services for those who require a helping hand in the setup of their new products. Our team of in-house and third-party installers have years of experience with our entire equipment range under their belts, and are sure to have your kit built in no time at all.

Where available, installations options will be available to select on product pages - just add the installation to your basket along with your piece of equipment and we'll be in touch after you've ordered!

 


INSTALLATION OPTIONS

You’ll find the details of our Standard and Premium installation options below.

STANDARD INSTALLATION

Our Standard Installation option is a two-visit service. Your product will be delivered, and then a member of our installation team will come to install the equipment approximately 8 working days after your delivery date.

PREMIUM INSTALLATION

Our Premium Installation option is a one-visit service. Two members of our installation team will deliver and install your product in a single visit, and we’ll also take away any waste from the product packaging. Please note that our Premium installation option is currently limited to Multi-Gym items only.

NEXT DAY PREMIUM INSTALLATION

Our Next Day Premium Installation option is our fastest one-visit service - we’ll deliver and install your product on the date you select at checkout, which is often as soon as next day! Waste from the product packaging will also be removed.

Choose your preferred delivery date at checkout, including from our express delivery options. Once the product has been delivered, we will arrange a second visit to install your item (installation approximately five working days after delivery).

Gold Installation

Premium "white glove" installation service to any floor (subject to access). Our two man service will deliver and install your equipment faster in just one visit, minimising your time & inconvenience. On completion of "build" option for  packaging to be taken away. Most installations completed within 10 working days of order placement.

Before we are able to make arrangements for an installation, we require you to complete our installation access form. Not completing this form could unfortunately cause a delay to your installation. Once you have made your order, please complete the installation access form here. Next Day Premium Installation does not require the installation form to be completed.

 

Postcode limitations

Standard and Premium installations to the following postcode may take slightly longer than the quoted lead time: AB, BB7, BD23 - BD24. BT, CA, CF, CT, DD, DG, DH, DN12, DN14-DN15, DN18 - DN19, DN26, DN36-DN39, DN41, DL, DT, EH, EX, FK, FY, G, HG, HU, IV, KA, KW, KY, LA, LD, LL, ML, NE, PA, PH, PL, PR, SA, SR ,SY16-SY20, SY23, SY25, TA, TD, TQ, TR , TS, YO.

Installations in remote areas may also incur a surcharge; should this be the case, we will contact you after you have made your purchase.

We are unable to carry out Next Day installations in the following postcodes: AB, BT 1-94, DD, G84, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27-28, KW, PA 20-80, PH 19-50, PO 30-41, TR 21-25, ZE, EIRE. Should you book an Next Day installation online and we are unable to carry it out, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

Next Day Premium Installations in the following postcodes can only be carried out on particular days of the week: CT, DG, HU, IP, LD, LL, NR, SA 1, SA 2-4, SA 5-18, SA 19-48, SA 61-63, SA 64-65, SA 66-73, SY 23-25, TD, TN, TR, TR26-27, YO. Should you book an Next Day Premium Installation online and we are unable to carry it out on the date selected, we will contact you to discuss alternative days.

Please also not that we cannot install on Islands off of the main land of the UK.
