Body Power TITAN Half Rack - Upgraded

Designed to withstand heavy strength sessions in home or light commercial training environments, the Body Power TITAN Half Rack is an ideal space-saving alternative to a full rack setup. Manufactured from heavy-duty 75x75x3mm steel, the Half Rack comes loaded with accessories to take you workouts to the next level. The Half Rack comes with Sandwich J-Hooks and Safety Booms as standard, but this upgraded package also includes a pair of Monolifts. These hold the bar out away from the frame, letting you safely start your lift without having to walk out. Once you take the weight of the bar, the Monolifts move back and out of the way until you rack the bar again. The Lat Tower attached to the back of the rack offers a high and low pulley for a wide range of upper and lower body exercises. Plate-loaded (compatible with Olympic and Standard Weight Plates), the Lat Tower includes a wide Lat Bar, rotating Short Bar, D-Handle and Ankle Strap. Please note the Lat Tower adds height and depth to the rack. Also included is a Landmine attachment – just add your barbell for T-Bar Rows and more – and a set of dipping horns that can be attached to the rack uprights. When you’re not using your weight plates, they can be stored away on the Weight Storage Kit at the rear of the rack. The Half Rack also has the ability to be converted into a Full Rack if required, with the addition of an extra set of uprights and upgrade kit. Other attachments that are not included can be added separately to customise the rack to your liking, including Roller J-Hooks and Jammer Arms.
