Compatible with Body Power TITAN Full and Half Racks, these Jammer Arms are easily attachable to the uprights and offer a wide range of press and pull movements. Initially for use with Olympic weight plates, if you remove the Olympic weight sleeves with an allen key, you can use Standard plates too. The Jammer Arms feature multiple grip positions so you can target different muscle groups The Jammer Arms are heavy duty and built from steel, with a robber stopper eliminating noise and damage if dropped during heavy lifts.
