Ergonomically positioned, the attractive colour screen groups all your key functions together and the extra-large buttons make it easy to switch up your workout. Featuring a QR code, numerical keypad and LED dial, you can scan the QR code to connect to your mobile/tablet for workout guidance. With up to 12 resistance levels, you can enjoy interval training or gradually build the intensity while one of the pre-set programmes keeps you engaged. Alternatively take advantage of MyTrainer, the free web service and the Personal Trainer coach which both offer personalised workouts based on your goals. Monitoring your heart rate is simple thanks to hand sensors, telemetry and CPR training*, allowing you to ensure that you stay in the right zone and increase your stamina over time. With the included Training Link and Training App, you can keep track of your performance to build stamina and progress and enjoy your favourite content as you train. By connecting your iPad via Bluetooth, you can transmit all your results to your online Technogym account. With the Training App, you can listen to your favourite music or watch videos as well as log your performance via your personal training diary. With multiple user accounts, it's ideal if the bike is shared. For convenience, the console features an Entertainment Support mount, enabling you to train with your choice of device, such as your iPad, tablet or iPhone. There is also a water bottle holder to encourage hydration.
