The bar weighs 20kg and has a 320kg rating, with internal dimensions (collar to collar) of 52”. The sleeves are treated in chrome, and feature 2 bearings plus 2 bronze bushings for smooth rotations. The set is complete with a pair of spring collars to keep your weight plates secure on the bar.
