Two Man Delivery / Two Man Next Day Delivery
This service is available on larger or premium priced products. You will be required to choose a date for your delivery at the checkout stage. Subject to good and safe access, the carrier will place the product into the ground floor room of your choice. 

One Man Delivery / One Man Next Day Delivery
Expected delivery is 3 to 7 working days. All deliveries are made Monday - Friday between 7am and 6pm. An Express Next Day Delivery Service may be available on certain products. This is a door to door service.

Next day delivery is available in selected areas only and orders must be placed by 3pm the previous working day.

Saturday Delivery (One Man)
All orders must be placed by 3pm on Fridays. Please note that installations cannot be carried out on a Saturday.

Pallet Deliveries
These are kerbside only. Expected delivery is 5-10 working days and is made between 7am and 6pm

Commercial / Special Order Products
Delivery times can be up to 12 weeks at busy periods of the year. Please call to confirm current lead times if you require a quicker delivery.

Ex-Display Stock Clearance Sale - Unboxed

Almost all ex-display Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Exercise Bikes and Rowing Machines are Half Price or less!

Depending on your location, some of our ex-display products can be delivered for free. Others may require a delivery charge. The criteria are outlined below:

• • Products located in Northampton which are £300 or over are delivered free for addresses within approximately 70 miles of our head office. This covers the following postcodes: MK, AL, NN, LE, B, CB, CV, HP, LU, OX, PE, SG, WD, WR
• • Products located in Northampton over £300, but outside of the 70 mile radius, are likely to incur a delivery fee. Please contact installation@fitness-superstore.co.uk to obtain a delivery quote.
• • All products under £300 need to be collected.
• • All products located anywhere other than Northampton must be collected.
• • Orders paid for with finance must be delivered.

Our ex-display units are sold built and unboxed for collection. For some fitness equipement, delivery may be available. Please call 01604 673000 for a delivery cost. Manufacturer's warranty is available on most units. Please call to confirm condition and availability.

To qualify for our special 30 day return option is that the product price must exceed £200. Exceptions may apply to certain special order products. Items must be returned to us by post in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or credit.
