Enjoy classic exercises like the chest press, shoulder press and more (bench required), switching between multiple grip positions to alter the focus of each movement. When you want to alter the height of the Jammer Arms, all you need to do is remove the safety pin, pull the arm out of the hole on the frame, move it to a hole that allows for your optimal starting position and replace the pin. These Jammer Arms are compatible with Olympic Weight Plates only.
