Compatible with the Body Power TITAN MFT Elite and Pro Multi-Functional Trainers, these Monolifts rack the bar out and away from the frame of the Trainer when using a traditional barbell setup, letting you safely start your lift without having to change your position, unlike standard J-Hooks. Once you take the weight of the bar, the Monolifts move back and out of the way until you rack the bar again. The contact points of the Monolifts are lined to protect your bar from any damage during use.
