The SPRMB Monkey Bar Cross Member allows you to bolt two or more SPR1000 Power Racks together or attach the power rack to one of the Body-Solid Hexagon Rig Systems or attach two Hexagon Rig Systems together to create your own functional gym. This provides an excellent centre for suspension training for single users or groups. Featuring a black powder coat finish which offers a superior grip for a number of workouts including grip, upper body, and core strength.
