A compact machine driven by Power Rod® resistance, the PR1000 delivers a total body workout with numerous exercise variations available. Perform over 25 full body exercises, and get a complete strength workout with 95kg (210lbs) of resistance. The harder you work, the harder Power Rod® works for you.
Featuring a new built-in media rack, you can fit any size tablet or smartphone to act as your personal training platform. Right out the box you can access 7 trainer-led workouts to help you build the body you want, leaving the guess work behind. Utilise incline, decline and flat positions to get the most out of your press movements, while the pulley system develops a strong back and solid core with pull downs and ab crunches.
