Zack George's Home Gym
Zack George saw huge success as a CrossFit™ athlete, competing at the pinnacle of the sport in the 2020 CrossFit Games, which ultimately led to him being named the UK’s Fittest Man that same year. His career has been on an upwards trajectory ever since—Zack is a successful gym owner, has graced the cover of Men’s Health and is an ever-present on a popular British TV game show.
In 2024, Zack became the first member of the Body Power ProTeam, a group of professional athletes and personalities that embody the vision of Body Power, a manufacturer of quality strength, cardio and functional fitness tools, of which Fitness Superstore are the exclusive retailer.

A Gym Fit For An Athelete
To coincide with that exciting partnership, we set about to create the ultimate home gym for Zack, complete with an impressive selection of Body Power and Body Power TITAN equipment that both helps to keep Zack at the top of his game and showcases the unmatched versatility the equipment range offers.
Zack owns a commercial gym from where he can work out in a social environment, but for his second training session of the day, or for those instances where he is short on time or unable to travel, a home gym is a convenient and capable alternative.
We gave Zack the freedom to choose the products that he knew would benefit him the most. Walking round our flagship showroom in Northampton, Zack was able to see and test the products that caught his eye.
Once he had picked out the equipment he wanted, Zack sat down with our expert sales staff, who created a full 3D design to ensure everything fit in his garage. The software used creates an impressive walkthrough of the completed gym, so Zack could visualise the final layout.

The Equipment
The first thing on Zack’s list was the Body Power TITAN Full Rack with a 150kg Bumper Plate and Barbell set. Squats and bench press are a large part of Zack’s routine, so a heavy weight set and a dependable rack were a must. He complemented this with the Body Power TITAN Multi-Functional Trainer, whose dual 90kg weight stacks offered Zack everything he required for versatile cable training. Zack also chose a 2.5kg to 30kg Body Power Pro Round Rubber Dumbbell Set to complete his setup. Perfect for curls, lateral raises and pressing movements, these weights are really durable and hard-wearing—exactly what Zack was after.
