PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This set of EPP stackable wedges are lightweight, portable and provide a firm platform for mobility exercises, squats and deep calf stretches. It consists of two 9° wedges, letting you squat or stretch with both legs at a 9° angle, and one 18° wedge for steeper movements (the 9° wedges can be stacked to create another 18° angle). Alternatively, the wedges can be used independently for single leg movements too.
