The Newport Club Plus FluidRower inspires you to progress from beginner to rowing veteran with 4 levels of Fluid Force, adjustable at the turn of a dial. Level 1 provides the perfect degree of fluid resistance for beginners and rehabilitation patients, or dial it up to level 4 for high intensity interval training and short sprints. The Newport Club Plus’s unique triple-bladed impeller and baffled tank intervals deliver an instant catch with no dead spots, ensuring consistent resistance throughout every stroke.
The Newport Club Plus comes boasts a contoured, textured seat, with strong steel dual seat rails that deliver smooth, silent movement. An ergonomic handle minimises strain on hands, wrists and forearms, and height-adjustable footplates ensure optimal foot placement and a comfortable rowing position. Complete with a multi-level monitor, you can keep track of your time, watts, distance, strokes per minute, calories, resistance level and more.
What’s more, when you’ve finished your workout, the Newport Club Plus can be stored vertically to save floor space, and can be moved around easily thanks to built-in transport wheels.
