QuickDial controls integrated into the handlebars let you make swift changes to your speed and incline without breaking your stride—simply roll the dials to increase or decrease the challenge. What’s more, with Rapid sync Technology, the 7.0 AT responds to changes in speed and incline up to 33% faster than traditional home treadmills. The 7.0 AT’s running area measures 152 x 50 cm and is enhanced with Variable Response Cushioning to give you the ideal amount of flex and support in all phases of your stride. 4 LED windows with a 7.8” backlit LCD screen display your time, distance, calories, speed, incline and heart rate (measured via contact grips or Bluetooth). Built-in program options include Manual, Distance, Calories, Fat Burn, Hill Climb, Target HR, My First 5K and Custom. With Bluetooth 4.0 FTMS, the 7.0 AT is compatible with popular fitness apps, including @Zone. Download the @Zone app to your tablet/smart device to race through exotic locales, train and compete against running enthusiasts all over the world, and enjoy metric-driven workouts (tablet not included – app subscriptions may be required).
