The Yoga Block from Jordan Fitness is great for deepening your flexibility and enhancing your practice by adding lift, helping stabilisation and adding height in standing and balancing poses. Made from foam, the block is particularly beneficial for restorative classes and ‘back bends’. Rounded edges and corners add extra comfort during use, while its light weight make it easy to carry.
