A resistance range of 5-705 W is spread across 30 resistance levels, adjustable via large controls on the static handles below the display. The LED console’s simple navigation means virtually anyone can step up to the machine and get going almost instantly. The large number display and message centre provides clear, easy-to-read workout feedback that keeps members on track for their goals. Every workout is a seamless and smooth experience, with convenience features like an optional RFID login, a headphone jack, USB port and a reading rack for personal devices.
