MuscleSquad built the Phase 3 FID Dumbbell Bench to support you throughout flat, incline and decline exercises, ensuring you can hit every part of a muscle group effectively. The backrest can be adjusted through 10 different positions, starting at a -10-degree decline angle, to an upright 90-degree angle. There are also three adjustments in the seat: 0 degrees, -6 degrees and -10 degrees. The Phase 3 FID Bench is a comfortable platform for your strength training, covered with a soft, 60mm high-density foam. It has built-in wheels, plus a handle for easy movement around the gym.
