Boasting a 300kg maximum weight capacity, the Phase 4 FID Bench is built to support your heaviest lifts. Comfort isn’t sacrificed either, with a grippy urethane material covering a supportive, high-density foam inner. A front handle and rear transport wheels are built into the frame to let you move the bench around the gym floor easily.
