SMARTLIGHT CONSOLE The console workout centre is simple to navigate, whether you're choosing Quick Start or an advanced workout. The LCD display shows all your key workout data, including your heart rate which is measured via the handy stationary handlebar grips. Featuring exclusive SmartLight technology, the console also acts like a coach, alerting you to how hard you’re exercising and when to prepare for the next interval in a workout booster mode. MOTIVATIONAL WORKOUTS For motivation and variety, you can choose from 8 built-in resistance and goal workout programmes. The Q37x also features Octane's exclusive workout boosters - X-Mode, ArmBlaster and GluteKicker – which use quick interval bursts to isolate, tone and strengthen specific areas of your body. The Q37x The elliptical also comes with the optional CROSS CiRCUIT option, which allows you to combine cardio with strength training using resistance bands, dumbbells and more (CROSS CiRCUIT+ and CROSS CiRCUIT Pro Kits sold separately). This CROSS CiRCUIT option is a great way to add strength training into your fitness routine and keep workouts fun and challenging. The Q37x features an MOM safety mode, which increases and locks the resistance when the elliptical isn’t in use. This makes it impossible for children to operate the machine.
