With their patented PrecisionWave™ Technology, 50 vibrations a second engage muscles in a consistent and controlled manner that increases blood flow, metabolic rate and improves flexibility and balance.
Featuring precise electronic ProMOTION™ resistance cables, you can perform traditional dynamic movement exercises like bicep curls, shoulder presses and row with three different resistance levels.
The my8 is intelligent and can flex with you to personalise your workout.
