PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Well-suited for a range of training scenarios—whether that’s steady-state cardio or HIIT sessions— the Spirit AB900+ Air Bike is a durable, low-impact machine that’s incredibly effective. It features a 1/8” chain drive system, and an air resistance system that delivers infinite resistance levels. The harder and faster you ride, the greater the challenge you encounter. The resistance system’s isokinetic design delivers simultaneous upper and lower-body resistance that allows the user to emphasise pushing and pulling or experience a complete total-body workout.
The AB900+’s eco-friendly rider-powered console incorporates program quick keys and offers users easy access to their important workout stats, including distance, calories, watts, speed, RPM and heart rate. Integrated workouts come in the form of quick start, target time, target distance, target calories, target heart rate and intervals. The AB900+ has a 5KHz heart rate receiver that supports most heart rate chest straps (chest strap not included).
A solid and stable machine, the AB900+ Air Bike boasts a welded steel construction with bolt-on floor stabilisers and rubber levelling feet that protect your floors. It features flat, platform-style pedals with an anti-skid surface and, if you’re plan calls for an upper-body only workout, knurled footrests that keep your feet out of the way. The comfortable, padded seat is height adjustable via a locking pop-pin, and can also be move forwards and backwards via lever lock.

Home & Light/Full Commercial Use:
3 years parts and labour. Unlimited use per day in a suitable Home / Commercial environment. Suitable environment means Spirit do not recommend placing their equipment in rooms that do not have a regulated temperature and humidity. There should be adequate insulation and heat source, otherwise warranty will be voided (e.g. if equipment is kept in a garage, conservatory, shed or cellar). Warranty is not valid outside Mainland UK, and is not offered in Northern Ireland or Eire.
