PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
These Body Power Vinyl Standard Plates boast a dual grip design for convenient handling and loading. These plates feature a 1” central hole, making them compatible with Standard bars and equipment only. Featuring a durable vinyl surface, these plates are imprinted with their weight, and have a compacted cement and metal shot filling.
Each set includes a Solid 5’ Standard Bar, precision-engineered for balance and durability with a compact design that’s suited to home gyms. The bar alone weighs 6kg, has 28cm plate-load ends, a shaft length of 93cm and a maximum weight capacity of 150kg.
Completing each set is a pair of Standard Spring Collars that keep your plates secure on the bar, while also allowing for fast weight changes between sets.
Available in your choice of total weight (16kg, 21kg, 26kg, 31kg, 36kg, 41kg, 46kg, 51kg, 56kg, 61kg and 63.5kg). Make your selection from the drop-down menu to see the correct image of your chosen set.
