Compact and highly accurate, the Tanita BC-401 Body Composition Monitor measures all your important stats to help you reach your long-term goals. Ideal for the whole family, the BC-401 remembers the data of up to 5 people, and for children (between the ages of 5 and 17) it only measures what is really relevant, namely the weight, BMI and fat percentage. Unique to Tanita body composition scales, the BC-401 also measures your metabolic age. This measurement is a calculation of your BMR (Base Metabolic Rate) compared to the average of your age group.
