About FluidRower

FluidRower is part of First Degree Fitness. Founded in 2000, the primary goal of First Degree Fitness was to offer the commercial fitness industry a new range of fitness equipment that combined robustness with simplicity, but above all gave users of all ages and body types the ability to enjoy a perfectly tailored workout with all the fitness benefits that accrue as a result.

At the heart of any item of fitness equipment is its resistance system. FluidRower water rowing machines use a patented twin water tank system giving Variable Fluid Resistance that can be instantly changed at the turn of a lever before or during a workout. They can offer a smooth and measurable workout and a range of intensity for users from the unconditioned/rehabilitation patient to full-on testing of Olympic athletes.

The First Degree Fitness equipment range is available to both commercial and home fitness users including a variety of FluidRower machines, as well as FluidErgo Upper Body Ergometers (UBEs) and FluidCycle.
