With its clean and elevated design, the WaterRower® Lite is a budget-friendly alternative to the WaterRower® Original Series. The Lite Rowing Machine is manufactured in the USA with a Northern Red Oak frame, using timber that’s slightly narrower than the Original Series. The WaterRower® Lite features a unique WaterFlywheel tank design, using a specially formed paddle to cup the moving water, reduce slippage and produce and unrivalled simulation of on-water rowing. Every stroke feels smooth and natural, with the Lite’s contoured seat and dual rail frame offering excellent stability. The WaterRower® Lite Rowing Machine is fitted with the S4 Performance Monitor, offering advanced functionality over other standard Quick-Start LCD monitors. It displays your time, distance, speed, intensity and stroke rate, and can connect to a wide range of popular iOS and Android indoor rowing apps like Asensei, EXR, WRTV, CityRow and more (ComModule required for Bluetooth connection – sold separately). The WaterRower® Lite Rowing Machine features integrated transport wheels, which make it easy to move around the gym floor, and can be stored vertically when not in use to save floor space.
