On the Body Power AR30 Air Rowing Machine, the harder you stroke, the more resistance you’ll encounter. That’s thanks to its air resistance system, compete with 8-blade fan, found at the front of the machine. The AR30’s monitor lets you keep an eye on stats like your time, time/500m, distance, calories, pulse, SPM, watts, strokes and total strokes, or mount your tablet in the integrated holder. The padded PU foam seat is comfortable, no matter the workout intensity, with 880mm of travelling length along the centre rail. Secure your feet with straps on the footrests, which can also adjust to suit different sizes of feet. The frame is lightweight, compact, and can be stored vertically to save floor space when you’re not using it. It has integrated transport wheels too, for easy movement around the gym floor.
