Body Power HG-3 Home Multi-Gym

The Body Power HG-3 Home Multi-Gym is a durable and robust machine, built with a 40x80mm flat oval tube frame. Its 100 kg weight stack offers plenty of resistance for most home users, which is easy to adjust between sets with its pull-pin system. The weight stack increases in 15lb increments (6.8 kg). The Body Power HG-3 offers a whole host of training options—an impressive feat for just one machine. It allows for seated front press, seated shoulder press, seated row, lat pull down, preacher curl, leg extension, upright row, shoulder press and seated cable fly. A leg press attachment is also available separately, which connects to the main machine for fluid leg sessions. The HG-3 features comprehensive adjustments in the press arms, side arms, seat and back pads and the preacher pad to suit all users. All pressing arms, the pulldown and low row operate on a 1:1 ratio, while the two adjustable side arms work on a 2:1 ratio. Each contact point, including the seat, rollers and preacher pad, is comfortable and supportive, with responsive foam inners and an easy-to-maintain outer covering. The HG-3 comes with a short bar, ankle straps, a single strap and an ab strap included.
